We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We ask that first-time guests use cash or credit. Please note there is a $35 fee for returned checks.
It is our goal for every guest to leave loving their service. If there is ever something you aren’t completely satisfied with, please call and talk to a salon consultant within seven days and they will help make a plan to resolve the issue. Each scenario is unique and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with.
We are committed to a relaxing and stress-free environment for all b/rose guests, including you! If your child cannot sit unattended in the waiting area during your service, we ask you not bring them with you to your appointment. We love kids and families, however we use sharp cutting tools, hot irons, equipment, and chemicals that are dangerous to children.
We are so excited to meet you! We ask that all new guests arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to fill out information and receive a tour of b/rose. Our building has its own parking lot behind it, and we are located in Suite 116.
WE RESPECT YOUR TIME
We understand that your time is important to you. At b/rose beauty bar, you will find you have to wait less for appointments, and receive consistent service each time. In order to keep this promise, we have policies about being late for appointments and no-shows.
We kindly ask that you provide b/rose with 24-hour notice for cancellations. This will allow us to fill that time. Anything less than 24-hour cancellation will be considered a “no show.”
First no show: We understand that sometimes things happen! Your first “no show” will result in a friendly reminder of the policy.
Second no show: The second time around, a fee of 50% of missed services will be applied to your account. Before booking next appointment, the salon account must be paid and a credit card must be put on file.
Third no show: You will be charged the full amount of the missed service to the card on file. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Please let us know that you are running late. We will do our best to adjust our schedule to accommodate your appointment, but unfortunately that is not always possible. Many times we are able to modify your appointment to fit into the remaining time, but you will still be charged for the scheduled service. It may need to be rescheduled altogether if the appointment begins to overlap with another guest’s time.
