We accept cash and all major credit cards. We require a credit card on file to reserve appointments.
Out of respect for the guests on our wait-list, we require that you provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This will allow us time to fill that spot. If 24-hours notice is not given, B/ROSE will charge 50% of the time scheduled to the card on file.
Please note that late arrivals past 10-15 minutes of appointment may result in a cancellation and charge.
We are so excited to meet you! Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to fill out information and receive a tour of our salon. Our building has its own parking lot behind it, and we are located in Suite 116. If you are receiving a color service with us, we have a prescreening process to help make sure we schedule you correctly and set a game plan before your first appointment! If you fill out the New Guest Color Form at the bottom of the menu page of the website, we will help start the process.
We are committed to a relaxing and stress-free environment for all B/ROSE guests, including you! If your child cannot sit unattended in the waiting area during your service, we ask you not bring them with you to your appointment. We love kids and families, however we use sharp cutting tools, hot irons, equipment, and chemicals that are dangerous to children.
We want every guest to leave loving their service. If you are ever not completely satisifed, please call and talk to a salon consultant within 72 hours and they will help make a plan to resolve the issue. Each scenario is unique and we will do our best to come up with a solution you will be happy with.
